Brewin Dolphin Securities has achieved recognition for its focus
on quality with two clients, Synergy Healthcare and Henderson
Morley winning awards.
Synergy Healthcare, a leading provider of outsourced medical
support services, was named AIM Company of the Year, while
Henderson Morley, the drug discovery company was awarded Best
Performing Share at the AIM Awards Dinner in London.
Brewin Dolphin has advised Synergy Healthcare since its
flotation in 2001, when it also won Best Newcomer at the Aim
Awards. This is the same year that another Brewin Dolphin client,
Inter Link Foods, won Company of the Year at the same event.
Mark Brady, head of corporate finance at Brewin Dolphin
said:
“I am thrilled that Synergy has won AIM Company of the
Year and that three of our companies have been recognised this
year. We have also had a fantastic year and have advised on a
number of significant transactions, bringing a greater number of
large mid-market companies to AIM. As a result, we have further
enhanced our reputation in the marketplace, in addition to
increasingly being recognised as having the expertise to advise on
more sophisticated transactions.”
Brewin Dolphin has completed £1 billion of transactions
over the last 12 months and has raised more than £300 million
for corporate clients. In addition it also was ranked top AIM IPO
Broker in a recent, comprehensive survey of fund managers.
