Brewin Dolphin, the largest independent private client investment manager in the UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Hinchliffe as Divisional Director within its Birmingham team.

Nick, aged 40, will provide investment management for private clients across the Midlands.

Before joining Brewin Dolphin, Nick spent over eight years at BRI Asset Management. He was promoted to Sales Director in 2002, and held responsibilities for investment management, advising clients, sales and marketing and Board activities. Nick is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire.

Nick lives with his wife and two children. In his spare time he enjoys walking, snowboarding and tending to the family allotment.

Commenting on Nick’s appointment, Stephen Jones, Head of Office, Brewin Dolphin, Birmingham said: “We are delighted to have Nick join our Birmingham office. His broad experience across a range of financial services, especially in private client investment advice, will prove invaluable to our team.
