The Birmingham office of Brewin Dolphin Securities, the UK 's largest independent private client investment manager and stockbroker, will hold their 10th Annual Investment Conference on Monday 6th February 2006 at the City's Council House.

Once again, this annual flagship event which is extremely popular among Birmingham's professional community will welcome two high profile guest speakers - Mike Lenhoff and Hamish McRae, who will offer the audience their expert opinions on the medium and long term outlook for investment and commerce.

Mike Lenhoff is Chief Strategist and Head of Research at Brewin Dolphin and has a deservedly high profile reputation in the investment community for his macro economic forecasts and financial market analysis. Mike will present an investment market outlook for 2006/2007.

Hamish McRae is a prominent global economist. He is also Associate Editor of the Independent newspaper in London and the principal economics contributor for The Independent and The Independent on Sunday. Hamish has written a number of economic publications and has won several awards for his journalistic abilities. Hamish is expected to view the practical consequences of UK business in the ‘new world order' to come, as well as providing an insight into the long term structure of global commerce.
